Most legal newsletters elevate form over substance and are full of useless fluff. By contrast, the attached newsletter (issue 1) by Paul Moore about the California AG’s Antitrust Division provides useful and insightful substance. We will ultimately publish it, but it provides a business development opportunity for each of you, right now.
