Kristen Harris is an antitrust attorney in Bona Law’s San Diego office. Her practice focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling as well as business litigation.

Kristen has represented clients, large and small from a variety of industries, in numerous private antitrust and class action litigations. She also has represented companies and individuals before the DOJ, FTC, and foreign antitrust agencies in connection with merger reviews and conduct investigations. Kristen regularly counsels clients on antitrust and competition law issues relating to their core business practices.  

During law school, Kristen worked as a law clerk in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition where she gained experience with merger review and government investigations.  She also was a research assistant to former FTC Commissioner, Josh Wright.  Kristen attended “Competition Law in Brazil: Challenges and Perspectives” in Brasilia, Brazil where she studied Brazilian competition law and policy.

Kristen currently is an Associate Editor for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.  Before joining Bona Law, Kristen practiced antitrust law with Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP.

Kristen served in the Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton from 2007 to 2011.
