May 6, 2026
Bona Law is pleased to announce that partner Aaron Gott has been elected chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section Council for the 2026–27 term. Aaron previously served as vice chair of the section’s council and has been an active contributor to its programming, including continuing legal education events on employee non-competes and the Capper-Volstead Act farm cooperative exemption.
The Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section serves as the focal point for antitrust and competition practitioners in Minnesota. Its council shapes the section’s educational programming, member resources, and engagement with developments in federal and state antitrust law and enforcement. As chair, Aaron will lead the council in advancing those priorities for Minnesota’s antitrust bar over the coming year.
Aaron Gott is one of the country’s leading antitrust litigators, with a practice built on representing and advising companies in the most complex and high-stakes competition matters in the federal courts. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of antitrust cases—including several of the largest price-fixing class actions and multidistrict litigations in the country—and has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court and argued appeals in courts of appeals across the nation. Aaron is also one of the nation’s foremost authorities on antitrust federalism and the state-action immunity doctrine, and he has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers as a leading antitrust litigator. He serves as Bona Law’s chief operating officer and leads the firm’s Minneapolis office.
